These terms apply to your use of rebmeirpushka.org, which is operated by Bnei Avrohom (EIN 11-2738314), 4424 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11204. By using the site or making a donation, you agree to them.
Donations
- All donations are voluntary gifts to Bnei Avrohom. No goods or services are given in return.
- Donations are used for the charitable purposes described on our About page. As a nonprofit, we keep final discretion over how donated funds are distributed within those purposes.
- Amounts are in US dollars.
Recurring donations
- When you set up a daily pushka, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your chosen daily amount, totalled and charged on the schedule you pick (daily, weekly or monthly), until you cancel.
- Nothing is given on Shabbos or Yom Tov. If you chose to double on Erev Shabbos, that day counts twice.
- You can change, pause or cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Tax receipts
Bnei Avrohom is a 501(c)(3) organization; donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We send a receipt for each donation. Please ask your tax adviser how donations apply to your own situation.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes and don't misuse it or try to break it. You agree that the payment details you give are yours or that you are authorized to use them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Bnei Avrohom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
