Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains how Bnei Avrohom ("we", "us") handles information when you visit rebmeirpushka.org or make a donation. Questions: stolinrmbh@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Donor details you give us: name, email address, phone number (optional), mailing address if you ask for a pickup or a mailed receipt, donation amounts and schedule.
- Names for tefillah and dedications that you choose to submit.
- Payment information is entered on and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive only limited details, such as the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date, to identify your donation and manage recurring gifts.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure. Your giving choices may be stored in your own browser (local storage) so the form remembers them.
How we use it
- To process donations, including recurring donations, and send receipts and year-end statements.
- To daven for the names you submit.
- To answer your questions and arrange pushka pickups.
- To send reminders you asked for (for example Erev Shabbos reminders). You can stop them at any time.
- To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade donor information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the fund, such as our payment processor and email provider, and only as needed to provide their service, or when the law requires it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor.
Keeping your information
We keep donation records as long as needed for receipts, tax and accounting rules, usually seven years, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving messages, by emailing stolinrmbh@gmail.com or calling 718-288-9068.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
